WHAT IS THE UNICORN SOCIAL?
The Unicorn Social is a monthly speed dating event based in Los Angeles. It's a great way to get out of the apps and into real life where you can meet other gay/bi men in the area. Though this is primarily for singles looking for someone special, it is also a great way to meet new friends! As the great Spice Girls once said "Friendship never ends".
HOW MUCH IS THE EVENT?
The event is $30, this will cover your ticket to the event and grant you one drink ticket or two non-alcoholic drink tickets.
1. Signup for the next event on the events page.
2. Arrive at the event (earlier the better) to check in, grab your drink ticket and you can begin mingling with other guests. You will be given a paper to take notes on.
3. You will be split up into two groups, one that stays seated and the other side that shuffles.
4. After half the room has met each other, there will be a small break.
5. The seated group and the rotating group will now split themselves so as to meet half their group.
6. Another small break.
7. You will then break up into groups with the remaining people you have not met yet. There will be a game given to each group to work together and talk with each other.
8. Afterwards you will be given a paper and you can put up to 3 people you really connected with. We will then email you in the following days with your matches.
9. You can remain at the bar and hangout with each other after and continue mingling.
